Victim Services

Family Crisis Support Services aids victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, any past trauma, or addiction due to current or past violence/trauma.

If you are at risk of becoming homeless because you are fleeing domestic violence, please call 276-679-7240.

Services are available in the counties of Dickenson, Lee, and Wise and the City of Norton in Virginia.
Our free, confidential services include:
  • 24-hour hotline: 1-800-572-2278 
  • Emergency shelter
  • Emergency transportation
  • After-care services
  • Crisis and supportive counseling support group
  • Safety preparation and planning
  • Criminal justice resources 
  • Court accompaniment 
  • Hospital accompaniment 
  • Outreach services
  • Assistance with clothing, furniture, and school supplies 
  • 911 cell phone requests
